BOOKING TERMS
Once the booking is confirmed by a credit card you will receive a confirmation
message by e-mail or by fax which you must present when you check-in.
Nothing will be debited on your credit card, it only serves as a guarantee
for your booking.
Payment by cash or by credit card.
On the day of your departure the room must be vacated by 10:30 am. You
can leave luggage at the reception for as long as necessary. We do not
accept animals.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We accept cancellations only in writing by e-mail, fax or letter.
From the date of the booking confirmation we accept cancellations up to
seven days before the arrival date, without paying any penalty. In case
of a cancellation after that date, the price of the room for the first
night is forfeited.
In the case in which no communication of a cancellation and the client
not arriving on the arrival date the price of the first night will be
debited for “no show”
